Joanne Westphal joined the PhRMA Foundation after spending 30 years in the hospitality industry working with scientific organizations to book their large annual conferences and their smaller program-focused meetings. She is customer-service oriented, ensuring the Foundation’s award recipients, university grants offices, and volunteer Scientific Advisory Committee members are an extension of the Foundation’s success.
