PhRMA Foundation Honors 5 Researchers With 2025 Value Assessment and Health Outcomes Research Awards
January 30, 2025The PhRMA Foundation awarded five early-career researchers a total of $355,000 in 2025 fellowships and grants for their value assessment and health outcomes research. View the awardees below.
Faculty starter grants provide $100,000 of project support for one year. Postdoctoral fellowships provide $60,000 a year of stipend support for up to two years. Predoctoral fellowships provide $30,000 a year of stipend support for up to two years.

Since the PhRMA Foundation began funding value assessment research in 2017, we’ve placed a strong emphasis on incorporating patient perspectives into this research. These awardees are undertaking research that includes genuine patient or provider engagement, which is critical for developing the best possible evidence to guide health care decision-making.
